There are a few recipes that I share with people to help them think creatively about using our sauces in our cooking. Out of all of them, this is the recipe that everyone tells me they loved! I get responses like, "I tried that meatloaf recipe - it's fantastic!" or "That was the best meatloaf I've ever made!"
I'll admit that I'm not the biggest meatloaf fan in the world, but I'll gladly make an exception for this one. Give it a try. It's not even my recipe. A family member of mine developed it and graciously let me share it with you.
