1 lb Shrimp (25-30 ct., peeled and deveined) 1 Large egg 2 c Flour or corn starch (or 50/50 mix) 2 c Mayonnaise 6 oz Bold & Zesty Anything Sauce 1 tsp Sriracha sauce or horse radish to taste Optional: Lettuce leaves and chives
Heat oil in fryer or skillet to 375 degrees Mix mayonnaise, Anything Sauce, and Sriracha in separate bowl and set aside Whip egg and pour over shrimp, mix well. Place flour into sealable gallon plastic bag Place shrimp into bag, a few at a time, and shake thoroughly to cover the shrimp Place in hot oil for approximately 4 min or until the shrimp turns a golden brown Remove from oil and drain on paper towel Place drained shrimp in a bowl and pour Anything Sauce mixture into bowl Toss well until all shrimp pieces are covered Place on to a bed of lettuce and sprinkle with chives Serve hot
