                Bold & Zesty Glazed Mahi Mahi

                This recipe is one of my favorites for a few reasons.  First, it has a beautiful simplicity to it.  Top fish with fruit, herb, and sauce.  Second, it's healthy!  You're eating grilled fish with quality ingredients added.  Third, it showcases the versatility of Anything Sauce.

                That said, we went bonkers for this dish, and I'm sure you will, too.

                Ingredients

                Mahi Mahi fillets
                Diced mango chunks
                Chopped cilantro
                Bold & Zesty Sauce

                Preparation

                Place fillets on a well-oiled grill at medium high heat
                Flip after 4 minutes and baste in Bold & Zesty sauce
